By implementing an automated solution that delivered targeted feedback to residents without adding labor, SCRRRA saw a 32% reduction in contamination. In the first 5 months over 20,000 audits were completed, and more than 900 personalized postcards were sent, with less than 3% of households receiving multiple notices.
